My name is Olga Petrova and last year my two kids went through the application process for several selective independent (private) middle schools in San Francisco Bay Area starting 2021-2022 school year. They were admitted to one, where they started this August, and had an option to join a waiting pool in three others.

I’d be happy to share my knowledge and experience with you. There are many great schools in San Francisco Bay Area and it is important to find the right school for your child. The application process for each school takes time and can be confusing. I can help you to narrow down the search and guide you through the application process. Here’s how it works:

1. Fill out the survey

First, I’d like to learn more about your child, and preferences in school’s approach. Please fill out the form: SURVEY FOR OLGASCHOOLCONSULTING.

2. Receive an invitation for a Zoom meeting

Once I review your survey, I’ll send you an email with an invitation to schedule a Zoom meeting; it’ll have a link to my availability calendar.

3. Choose 30-minute time that works for us both

I use Calendly to manage the meetings.

Shortly before the meeting, I’ll send you a link to a custom report with about 20 schools that may suit your child, based on the survey. Here’s how a report may look like: School Report Demo.

5. Discuss the report and schools over Zoom

We’ll have 30 minutes to go over the report, and discuss any school questions that you might have.

6. Send a payment for the initial consultation

I’ll bill you based on the $200 hourly rate, so that’ll be $100 for the 30-minute meeting. I accept payments over PayPal, Venmo and checks.

At that point, we’ll both understand your situation and plans, and may consider additional consultations.

Hope to hear from you and help you navigate the application process, starting with the SURVEY FOR OLGASCHOOLCONSULTING! Also, feel free to reach out by email olga@olgaschoolconsulting.com if you have any questions.
